Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Medical Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with our company's strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support our business objectives.
  • Manage employee experience from recruitment to exit, ensuring a positive and seamless transition for all employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate information to employees and management.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to facilitate clear and effective communication between management and employees.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR management, with a background in fast-growing start-ups.
  • HR certification and demonstrated ability to manage staff communication effectively.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to commute to our HQ Office in Markham at least two days a week.
