  • Work on HR Strategy – Design and execute progressive HR policies that support our fast-scaling, globally connected workforce.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of HR experience with a proven track record in talent strategy, culture-building, and performance management.
  • Experience in fast-growing or startup-like environments is a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce planning.
  • CHRP certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills—you're a strategic thinker and a trusted partner to executives and employees alike.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred).
