Senior Customer Service Associate

MXA Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and providing exceptional customer service, problem resolution, and account management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned set of accounts and provide complete customer service, problem resolution, and account management functions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client issues, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide pricing information and process orders efficiently.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage customer data and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess and confirm product delivery, updating customers on order delivery dates and inventory status.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset in this role.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing experience is required.
  • Experience in the packaging or commercial print industry is a great bonus.
  • Perm position with a competitive salary up to $70k, full benefits, and pension.
