Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to educate them on our electrical solutions and products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information and support.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Room for Growth: Based on performance and available opportunities, this role may lead to more senior positions within the company, such as an Inside Sales Representative or a Product Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in an indoor environment, with occasional overtime and travel required.
  • Operate in a team-based environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
