Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and execute strategic sales plans in the South West region, covering Cornwall, Devon, and Bristol. This hybrid account management/new business role requires skill sets and disciplines to serve both.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets within your assigned region.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on business development.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel within your assigned region.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
