At Softchoice, we are seeking a Cloud Transformation Solutions Specialist to accelerate our customers' digital transformation in the hybrid-cloud era.

Job Description

As a Cloud Transformation Solutions Specialist, you will use your creativity, thoughtfulness, and subject matter expertise to help our customers explore and adopt productivity solutions that enable secure collaboration and foster meaningful interactions.

  • You will work closely with our customers to articulate what is possible for their business to transform and unlock their potential to be future-ready right now through the use of technology.
  • You will challenge our customers by using your skills, insight, and experience to help them see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Foundation-level training completed in at least one of the following required technologies: Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration (Office 365 suite: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection (Enterprise Mobility + Security), or Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management (Windows 10-11).
  • The desire to develop expertise on secondary technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) or Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance (Azure Information Protection, Security Center).
