As a key member of our IT Delivery sector, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. With your extensive knowledge of AWS cloud services, domain-driven design, and software development principles, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and design end-to-end technical solutions that meet those requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on large-scale, complex solutions. You should be proficient in AWS cloud services, such as EKS and Serverless, as well as structured and unstructured databases, like RDS, Dynamo DB, and S3. Your strong analytical and communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, flexible group insurance, and a generous pension plan.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and architectural objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate emerging technologies, platforms, and tools for each project, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Produce cloud-native or hybrid solutions using AWS cloud services, such as EKS and Serverless, and structured and unstructured databases, like RDS, Dynamo DB, and S3.
  • Develop and implement robust security measures to protect data, applications, and systems and ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology completed, and eight to ten years of relevant experience.
  • AWS Solution Architect Associate and/or Professional certification is an asset.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on large-scale, complex solutions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of software design and development.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services, structured and unstructured databases, and modern ecosystem concepts, technologies, and solutions.
