We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at A2Z cash 'n' Carry. This role will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent and experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
