Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Establish and maintain accurate records, including inventory and budgetary controls.
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
