Strategic Volunteer Experience Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Volunteer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Vancouver Young Volunteers Association. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing strategies to track and manage volunteer progress within the E2I Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective tracking systems to monitor volunteer progress through each stage of the E2I Program.
- Provide strategic guidance on maintaining volunteer engagement and promoting high participation in each stage of the program.
- Collaborate with committee members to ensure accurate and well-organized volunteer data for future program enhancements.
- Assess volunteer feedback systems and recommend improvements to enhance communication between volunteers and the organization.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong strategic thinking related to volunteer management.
- Able to assess and recommend improvements to volunteer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to take ownership and drive results.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
