Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Slot Service Representative to join our team at Casino Nova Scotia. As a key member of our gaming floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, and promoting a positive gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including greeting and interacting with guests, providing change for playing slot machines, and completing jackpot pay-outs.
  • Maintain the security of assets on the gaming floor and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and upcoming promotions and launches, and promote the Players Club Program to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Slot Supervisor(s) to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent required.
  • Certification as a Slot Service Representative with the AGD is required upon hiring.
  • Satisfactory attendance and proven ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Work Environment

Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, and non-traditional work hours.
