Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Slot Service Representative. As a key member of our gaming floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, and promoting a positive gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and interact with guests, provide change for playing slot machines, and complete jackpot pay-outs.
  • Asset Security: Maintain the security of assets on the gaming floor and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Promotions and Events: Participate in promotions and events on the gaming floor, including executing promotions and encouraging new Players Club sign-ups.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
  • Certification: Certification as a Slot Service Representative with the AGD is required upon hiring.
  • Skills: Proven ability to handle cash accurately, demonstrated effective interpersonal and communications skills, and proven strong customer service skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, with some exposure to noise and non-traditional work hours.
