About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fruit Farming Specialist to join our team at KABAL SINGH HUNDAL, PARMINDER SINGH HUNDAL, ET AL. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of our blueberry crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and applying fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth
  • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal yields
  • Cleaning and maintaining the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Fertilizing and spraying crops to control pests and diseases
  • Harvesting crops at the optimal time to ensure maximum quality and quantity
  • Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
  • Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in a rural area. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. The work environment is repetitive, and attention to detail is crucial to ensure the quality of our crops.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but you must be willing to train and learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions and priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliability, efficiency, and a strong work ethic
