We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to better understand our clients' needs
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information to customers and explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback and provide meaningful information and services
  • Receive and log complaints, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Initiative and a client-focused approach

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent work term
  • English language required
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
