Your Responsibilities
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate projects in one or more of the following areas: environmental consulting, health and safety, and project management.
  • Generate and provide technical reviews of deliverable documentation, including technical reports, proposals, and qualification packages.
  • Manage and/or generate deliverable documentation of various projects, including technical documents.
  • Consistently execute prescribed technical procedures and work plans to ensure project success.
  • Interact, coordinate, and schedule projects with clients, as directed by the Team Lead or Director.
  • Participate in project management meetings, office meetings, health, and safety inspections.
  • Maintain a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Conduct project administration tasks, including timesheet generation, project finance management, and project invoicing.
Your Profile
  • Undergraduate degree and/or applicable (science/engineering) diploma required.
  • Experience providing reviews to proposals, specifications, case studies, technical and non-technical reports required.
  • Solid understanding of provincial and federal regulatory requirements acquired through experience and education.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license required.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
