Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Admissions: Achieve enrollment and retention goals within specified guidelines.
- Student and Program Management: Ensure a high-quality student experience.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze campus performance data to address issues promptly.
- Staff Responsibilities: Lead instructors and staff to support student success.
- Academics & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, government agencies, policies, and procedures.
- College Standards: Act in a way that upholds the College's standards.

Requirements and Qualifications- Education: Completion of a post-secondary degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum five years in an operations management role with exposure to business development and sales. Private post-secondary experience is an asset.
- Skills: Advanced communication, leadership, and numeracy skills, including budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
