About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team at Spacestar Drywall LTD. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Job Preparation
    • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to ensure a smooth and even finish.
    • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency for a high-quality finish.
  • Installation and Finishing
    • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to achieve a professional finish.
    • Clean and prepare surfaces for installation.
    • Position and secure drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Supervision and Estimation
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure efficient installation and completion of tasks.
    • Estimate costs and materials required for each job.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment, often outdoors in rural areas. They will be willing to relocate to meet the needs of the company.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the trade, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
