About the Role

This is a key position in our manufacturing team, responsible for ensuring the sustained continuity of technical mastery and line leadership in our production lines. As a Manufacturing Line Leader, you will lead a key line of the business, delivering results defined by the compelling business need of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure key business results are achieved and develop others to ensure the sustained continuity of technical mastery on the manufacturing line.
  • Use strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term.
  • Break down section targets into line and unit targets and ensure employees understand their individual performance goals related to the overall targets.
  • Develop budgets and be responsible for costs control management, governance and compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years manufacturing experience in CPG industry.
  • Previous experience managing/supervising direct reports.
  • Knowledge of TPM principles (Lean/Six Sigma).
