This is a key leadership position within Mondelēz International, responsible for ensuring the sustained continuity of technical mastery and line leadership in manufacturing. As a Production Line Manager, you will lead a key line of the business, delivering results defined by the compelling business need of the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure key business results are achieved and develop others to ensure the sustained continuity of technical mastery on the manufacturing line.
- Use strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term.
- Develop budgets and be responsible for costs control management, governance and compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 5-10 years manufacturing experience in CPG industry.
- Previous experience managing/supervising direct reports.
- Knowledge of TPM principles (Lean/Six Sigma).
