About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Leader to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Analyze data to optimize production processes and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and effectiveness
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles
  • Lean Six Sigma certification an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with chocolate manufacturing processes a strong asset

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan and employee assistance program.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, business hours. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs.
