Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Big Bite Pita.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of services, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing a team of 5-10 staff members and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Balance cash and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets and cash reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and enforce regulatory compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for food, supplies, and catering services.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing teams and optimizing restaurant operations. A strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, is also essential.
