Job Summary

As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in driving store success and developing your team members. You will make important decisions that impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Make informed decisions that drive business results and improve store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
