We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail staff
  • Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive business results
  • Monitor and maintain store operations, including cash handling and customer service
