Job Title: Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our food store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in a food service or retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:

The Food Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and sitting. The ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential.
