Job Summary

We're seeking a Team Member to join our crew at our 24-hour restaurant location. As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for our guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable dining area, contributing to achieving A&W operating standards, and providing friendly and caring service that creates loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable dining area, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
  • Contribute to achieving A&W operating standards by following recipes, preparing food to standard, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous fast food restaurant experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Having a Food Handler Certificate is a requirement.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
