The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. This role is responsible for delivering world-class IT Infrastructure, Tools, and Services to support and enhance the technology experience of Nitronauts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert-level Systems Administration for our M365, Entra ID, and Intune environments.
  • Supporting our Windows and MacOS corporate users based in Nitro global offices and remote users.
  • Administering our Windows Server (AWS/Azure) corporate environments.
  • Leading IT projects, such as migrating from a Hybrid AD environment to full-cloud.
  • Using PowerShell to automate and simplify daily tasks.
  • Managing support tickets and ensuring agreed SLAs are met.
  • Executing and managing the Nitro IT onboarding process.
  • Providing onboarding training sessions to new Nitronauts.
  • Ensuring meeting room AV tech is well-maintained.
  • Ensuring our environment and endpoints are secure.
  • Taking part in our compliance activities.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience in Desktop/Technical Support or Systems Administration roles.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to execute with minimal direction.
  • Strong customer service skills and attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple issues.
  • Able to assess the urgency of incidents and prioritize tickets accordingly.
  • Independent, curious, and wishing to learn.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to effectively document and diagram all relevant material.
