We are seeking a Transformation Specialist to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta for a 6-month onsite contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting change impact analysis and developing effective communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in change management, including experience developing and delivering change management deliverables such as Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans.

They will also have experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs, as well as experience with current methodologies and design thinking, especially in relation to improving service experience.

A salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum is expected, commensurate with experience.
