Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Professional to join our team as a Strategic Transformation Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization, driving transformation and change initiatives that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess organizational impact of proposed changes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip stakeholders with the skills and knowledge required for successful adoption.
  • Analyze risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal impact.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership and subject matter experts to drive change management best practices.
Requirements
  • A degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in change management, communications, and project coordination within large organizations.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Kanban model, and Agile certification is considered a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading strategic change efforts, resulting in significant business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
