You are a highly skilled marketing professional looking to drive growth in the LATAM region? We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at MongoDB Canada, Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 2 years of commitment. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive net new leads in LATAM and targeted campaigns to multiple sales accounts.

We are seeking a results-driven individual with 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, field marketing, demand generation, and/or account-based marketing. You should have a strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and be proficient in CRM, Marketing Automation, and Data systems. Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, and Tableau is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and evaluation to identify regional and account opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the ABM, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to build and execute an ABM and lead generation plan that delivers significant inbound, qualified leads and pipeline growth for relevant LATAM accounts.
  • Ensure consistency of company priorities through brand strategy and messaging in materials and communication.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs.
  • Support the go-to-market and co-marketing plans for accounts.
  • Monitor and track performance, ensuring processes are set up to effectively measure outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, field marketing, demand generation, and/or account-based marketing.
  • Experience with marketing to developers and IT decision-makers is desired.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, and Data systems; Salesforce, Eloqua, and Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to shift priorities and help other team members as needed.
