Housekeeping Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our Residential team at Northern Property REIT. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of common areas, guest rooms, vacant suites, and renovated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning, and disinfecting.
- Perform linen changes, kitchen and bathroom fixture polishing, and wall, window, and ceiling cleaning.
- Maintain a trash-free environment and remove snow from walkways and common areas as needed.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and apply chemical treatments as required.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Perform other duties related to building upkeep as assigned.
Requirements:
- A self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in environments with high levels of dirt and grime.
- Ability to lift 30lbs, work with industrial strength cleaners, and climb stairs with equipment and supplies.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to provide a clean criminal record check.
- Flexibility to work overtime or on-call as needed.
