We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Residential team as a Cleaner. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents. This includes cleaning common areas, guest rooms, vacant and renovated suites, and ensuring a trash-free environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning common areas, guest rooms, vacant and renovated suites
  • Maintaining a trash-free environment
  • Removal of snow off walkways and common areas where applicable
  • Other duties relating to upkeep of buildings as assigned

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and takes pride in their work
  • Previous experience working in environments that can be very dirty
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to lift 30lbs, work with industrial strength cleaners and climb stairs with equipment and supplies
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to provide a criminal record check that is free of relevant convictions
