About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our Residential team at Northern Property REIT. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of common areas, guest rooms, vacant suites, and renovated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning, and disinfecting.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including cupboards, cabinets, and storage spaces.
  • Remove trash and debris from common areas and ensure that all areas are free of clutter.
  • Assist with snow removal from walkways and common areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties related to the upkeep of buildings as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs and work with industrial strength cleaners.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to provide a criminal record check that is free of relevant convictions.
  • Ability to work overtime or on call as needed.
