Grocery Store Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Associate at DJ Specialties. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with finding products.
- Stock Management: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Merchandising: Maintain attractive store displays, restock shelves, and ensure products are facing forward.
- Housekeeping: Clean and maintain the store, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
