Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Systems Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.



Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement new production methods and technologies.
  • Conduct work studies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop plant layouts and production facilities.
  • Oversee production operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inspect processes and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering or manufacturing.


Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.



Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
