About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Coordinator to join our team at BeCAN Immigration Services. As an Information Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Setting: Private sector, consulting firm, or private company
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, Quick Books, Google Drive, LinkedIn
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, repetitive tasks
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask, quick learner
