Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
