Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
