We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking with attention to detail.
