Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Operations and Administration: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, physically demanding, and attention to detail required.
