Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1853679 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, including specialty dishes and meals for special guests or functions.
  • Source and requisition high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet our culinary needs.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet our quality standards and exceed our guests' expectations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Dependability, organization, and reliability are essential.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to deliver exceptional results. You will be required to work in a noisy and hot environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Language:

The primary language of work is English, with a requirement for fluency in English.Work Schedule:

Our kitchen operates 40-50 hours per week, with a requirement for flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our guests and team.
