Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1853679 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, as well as for special guests or functions.
  • Plan menus and ensure that food meets our quality standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a noisy and hot environment.
  • Work in a restaurant or bar setting.
  • Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

40-50 hours per week.
