Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help drive our success.
About the RoleAs an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of diverse members and delivering exceptional guest service every time. You'll build positive relationships with your team and guests, and take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Build positive relationships with guests and team members
- Support the Restaurant Manager and Owner in day-to-day operations
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work weekends
- 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurants
- Ability to use restaurant management software
