Risk Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Solutions Specialist to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales and service teams to retain and expand client business, fostering deep relationships and trust with clients.
- Facilitate client meetings and presentations, providing analytical and consultative data to showcase the value proposition of Element Fleet Management.
- Develop and implement targeted accident and risk management policies to ensure optimal program outcomes for clients.
- Guide clients in implementing best practices and customized solutions, working closely with our implementation team.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of client accident and risk/safety data, providing well-thought-out recommendations to improve program outcomes.
- Proactively consult with clients to demonstrate the value proposition of Element Fleet Management, highlighting actual cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and escalate Early Warning Systems to minimize the risk of client dissatisfaction or servicing issues.
- Serve as a client advocate, ensuring timely resolution of material escalations.
- Provide voice-of-the-customer feedback to influence product refinement and development.
- Develop client business review requirements, frequency, and performance standards, ensuring timely and effective reviews.
- Track and report client-specific statistical data and benchmarking, delivering reports on the client's desired cadence and method.
- Train clients to use Element Fleet Management's collision and safety customer-facing applications.
- Participate in projects as needed, based on client initiatives and analysis of data.
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes, fleet trends, safety, insurance industry, and competitor information to provide consultative reference points for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Sales, Communications, etc.) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience required.
- Experience using Excel and data mining software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
