We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Solutions Specialist to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our sales and service teams to retain and expand client relationships.
  • Facilitate client meetings and presentations, providing analytical and consultative data to showcase our value proposition.
  • Work with clients to develop targeted accident and risk management policies, ensuring desired program outcomes are achieved and optimized.
  • Guide clients in implementing best practices and customized solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Perform comprehensive reviews of client accident and risk data, providing recommendations to improve program outcomes.
  • Proactively consult with clients to demonstrate the value of our services, including cost savings and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor our performance against contracted guarantees and escalate issues to product owners for resolution.
  • Act on early warning systems to minimize the risk of client dissatisfaction or servicing issues.
  • Develop client business review requirements, frequency, and performance standards.
  • Participate in projects as needed, based on client initiatives and data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, safety, insurance, and competitor information to provide consultative guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Sales, Communications, etc.).
  • Experience using Excel and data mining software.
