About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at MOSSAH Foods Corp. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or customer service role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
