About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at MOSSAH Foods Corp. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Prepare and present food and beverages in a clean and organized manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled and stored in a safe and sanitary manner, following our strict food safety protocols.
  • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order, and report any maintenance issues to the management team.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
    • Communicate effectively with the management team and other staff members to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or customer service role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
