Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Whistler Blackcomb. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating office functions to facilitate the planning and execution of events that exceed the expectations of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Manage event schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Communicate with event participants, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure event details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with event marketing and promotion
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
  • On-snow advanced competence required
