Director of Claims Management

WCG International Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Claims Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our Claims Management department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve claims processing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Claims Management department, providing strategic direction and oversight
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of claims management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in claims management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of improving claims processing efficiency and reducing costs
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
