About the Role

WCG International Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Claims Management & Quality Assurance to lead our dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our claims management processes and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our partners.

As Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of our programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that optimize performance, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of claims management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Claims Management team, aligning objectives with the overall strategic goals of WCG International Consultants Ltd.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the claims management function, identifying trends and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Develop and implement a robust risk management plan to ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Process Optimization: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative strategies to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Team Development & Coaching: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to your team members.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the development and management of departmental budgets, ensuring responsible financial performance in line with operational objectives.
Your Qualifications

We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with a proven track record of success in claims management, finance, and auditing.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in claims management, financial analysis, or a related field within the consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
