We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Nepean. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • E nsure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This is a key role within our finance team, requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting, proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and excellent organizational skills.
